Qualified partner network

Selected processes and capacity support remain connected to the same quality management and delivery responsibility.

Children’s apparel is the core

The main focus is OEM, ODM and private label for children aged 2–12, with casual styles and embroidery, printing and heavy-workmanship garments. Core buyers include established small and medium kidswear brands and importers.

Markets and cooperation

Japan and Australia are priority markets, followed by Korea and New Zealand. Malaysia and Singapore are opportunity markets. The product and cooperation requirements are assessed for each customer and destination.

WHAT THIS IS

A manufacturing partner rather than a trading intermediary

Four statements that describe the business before any capability is listed.

Pattern-development workstation in the garment workshop

Integrated manufacturer and export partner

Production and international trade handled as one relationship, based in Qingdao, China.

Make-to-order only

Garments are produced to a specification you approve. Nothing is sold from stock.

Children's apparel is the core

Childrenswear is the centre of the business, not one category among many.

Repeat production, not one-off orders

The model is built around brands that develop and reorder season after season.

THE BOUNDARY

What this is not

It is not a trading company that forwards an order to a supplier you never see, not a stock wholesaler competing on the lowest price, not a supplier that will take on any kind of garment, and not a consumer-facing studio for very small runs. Saying so is part of the service: it is the reason a project can be quoted, scheduled and delivered with the responsibility sitting in one place rather than being passed along a chain.

MARKETS

Two priority markets, with different priorities

Japan and Australia come first, followed by Korea and New Zealand.

Japan and Korea

Hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, shirts and girls' dresses. The emphasis is on pattern, decorative detail, workmanship accuracy and consistency from sample to bulk.

Australia and New Zealand

Swimwear, sun-protective and quick-dry styles, outdoor and functional childrenswear, T-shirts, shorts and pants. The emphasis is on wearability, stable quality, delivery and compliance.

Opposite seasons

The two regions run opposite seasonal cycles, which allows development and production to be spread across the year rather than concentrated into one peak.

Other markets

Real enquiries from elsewhere are answered and can be taken on; they are not the focus of active development.

WHAT THE WORK IS BUILT AROUND

Four commitments that decide how a project is run

Checking garment measurements during quality control

Fast development

Priority projects target 5–7 working days for sampling and ordinary projects 7–10, counted from confirmed inputs and the sample payment. Complex development is assessed separately.

Advanced craftsmanship

Embroidery, heavy embroidery and heat transfer are core in-house processes; screen printing and white-ink DTG run through long-term qualified partners under the same quality and delivery responsibility.

Sample-to-bulk consistency

The approved sample and the written specification stay the reference through production, with in-process and final inspection against the agreed basis.

Reliable delivery

Bulk production is scheduled from the agreed release, and shipment follows inspection and the applicable payment rather than being promised ahead of both.

THE COMPANY BEHIND THE PROJECT

Qingdao-based, integrated for make-to-order kidswear

The latest client-supplied company introduction describes a Qingdao base with an approximately 4,000 m² production site, a team of around 50 people, capacity of about 80,000 pieces per month and roughly 20 years of OEM experience serving Japan and Korea. These figures describe the company context; a project quotation and capacity check remain style-specific.
