Materials and workmanship
Review material inputs, decoration and the agreed construction.
JYTK APPAREL
Keep the approved sample, written specification and inspection requirements connected through production.

QUALITY CONTROL
A look at garment inspection before packing.
Customer-approved standards take priority, followed by the final specification and sealed sample. Where no written standard is provided, the default inspection reference is Critical 0 / Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0.

Review material inputs, decoration and the agreed construction.
Check measurements, appearance, garment details and packing against the confirmed requirements.
Items that do not pass the agreed inspection require rework and another check.
QUALITY BASIS
The reference behind an inspection is a set of documents that have to agree with each other, not a single sheet.

The sealed or approved sample shows the intended appearance and construction.
Measurements, materials, workmanship and packing requirements make the result checkable.
Items outside the agreed standard require correction and another check before release.
TESTING, LABELS AND COMPLIANCE
Destination requirements are a shared subject, and the split is explicit.

Target market, test standards, labelling and label language, chemical and material requirements, and retailer compliance manuals.
Assessing feasibility, flagging what affects cost, minimum order or lead time, producing to the confirmed standard, and supporting the agreed testing.
Third-party testing, inspection and certification are normally borne by the customer and quoted on their own.
Where the failure comes from our material, production or workmanship, the reasonable cost of the re-test is ours.
RELEASE
Goods are released against the agreed inspection basis, and a failed inspection is corrected and checked again rather than shipped on a promise to resolve it later. A specific deviation is released only where the customer has accepted it in writing after being told what it is.

With no written standard supplied, the default reference is Critical 0 / Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0, applied against the approved sample and the written specification. If you have a supplier manual or your own AQL level, that governs instead.
The approved sample and the written specification are the production reference, and that is the reason both are confirmed before the order is released. A change to fabric, colour, construction or workmanship after approval is treated as new work rather than absorbed silently.
Yes. Third-party inspection can be arranged, and its cost and timing form part of the project schedule. Project-specific third-party testing, inspection and certification are normally borne by the customer and quoted separately.

No. A specific deviation is released only where you have accepted it in writing after being told what it is. Otherwise the goods are corrected and inspected again.
WHO SETS THE STANDARD
One of these governs, in this order.

Where a supplier manual, inspection manual or AQL level is provided, that standard governs.
With no written standard supplied, the default reference is Critical 0 / Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0.
The sealed sample and written specification define appearance, construction and measurements.
Arranged where you require it; the cost and the timing belong in the project schedule.
CLIENT-SUPPLIED QUALITY REFERENCES
This client-supplied visual shows examples of certification and testing references associated with the manufacturing business, including CPC, CPSIA, BSCI, ISO, OEKO-TEX and RoHS references. The applicable scope, document, product and validity are confirmed for each project rather than inferred from a graphic.

SUSTAINABILITY CHECKPOINT
If the target market requires organic, recycled, chemical, packaging or social-compliance documentation, include it in the brief. The proposed material, testing and project documents are reviewed together before production release.
