TECHNICAL REVIEW
Share drawings or samples with a size chart, construction details, fabric requirements, artwork and target market. We review the information before confirming the sample and production scope.

Define the garment, materials, construction, quantities and target delivery.
Review fit, measurements, decoration and brand materials against the sample.
Lock the final written version and fulfil the agreed bulk-release conditions.

Style, measurements, size split and colours.
Fabric, trims, decoration files and placement.
Quantity, market, packaging, target shipment and inspection requirements.
BEFORE BULK RELEASE
The technical pack, sample, approved measurements, materials, artwork, packaging and inspection requirements are brought together before bulk production. The approved sample and written specification remain the reference when changes are reviewed.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
The clearer the starting point, the fewer assumptions are carried into sampling.

A specification, a sealed sample or a documented reference all work as the starting point.
The size range, the colourways and how the quantity is split across them.
Print or embroidery artwork, and the label and packaging requirements.
The destination market, any testing or labelling requirement, and the target delivery window.
BEFORE BULK RELEASE
Everything below is confirmed before the order is released to production.

Measurements, materials, construction and workmanship, in writing.
The approved physical sample stays the reference for the running order.
Labels, tags and packaging approved against the order requirements.
The inspection reference, and any testing the destination requires.
SEPARATE ASSESSMENT
A nominated supplier, customer-supplied material, an exact-quantity requirement, special packaging and destination testing are quoted and scheduled against the specific project rather than assumed. Where a requirement cannot be met within the standard scope, it is raised before the order is confirmed rather than discovered during production.
