These Terms of Service apply to your use of the JYTK Apparel website at jytkapparel.com. The site is operated for Qingdao Jinyi Taikun International Trade Co., Ltd., with children’s apparel development and manufacturing support from Qingdao Ruiyue Textile & Apparel Co., Ltd. Using the website

This is a business-to-business information and enquiry site. By using it, you agree to use the site lawfully, respect the rights of the operator and other parties, and avoid actions that interfere with the site, its forms or its hosting environment. You must not attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, submit another person’s information without permission, or use automated activity that burdens the service.

Product and capability information

The site presents children’s apparel categories, production routes, process explanations, catalogue references, factory media and example base styles. Images, demo records and catalogue references are used to help a buyer discuss a project. They do not by themselves promise stock, a fixed material, a particular construction, a minimum quantity, a price, a delivery date or a production result. Final specifications and availability are confirmed for the specific project.

Enquiries are not orders

Sending an enquiry, uploading a reference file or seeing a submission confirmation does not create an order, quotation acceptance or manufacturing contract. A project becomes actionable only after the parties agree the applicable product or artwork, specifications, sample or approval route, quantity, price, payment basis, delivery plan and other commercial terms in writing. A response from the team may ask for more information before any proposal can be made.

Customer materials and project confidentiality

You should submit only materials that you own or are authorised to share for the requested evaluation. You remain responsible for the rights and accuracy of materials you provide. We use those materials to review the enquiry and discuss the requested project. Confidentiality, ownership, permitted display, exclusivity and other project-specific intellectual-property arrangements must be stated in the written agreement for that project; a public catalogue image or general base style does not create exclusivity.

Website content and intellectual property

The site’s text, layout, brand elements, graphics, photographs, videos and other materials are owned by the operator or used with permission from the relevant rights holder. You may view the materials for evaluating a potential business relationship. You may not copy, republish, sell, alter, scrape or use them to suggest an endorsement without written permission. A project agreement may set different rules for customer-supplied artwork, approved samples or deliverables.

Third-party services and links

The website depends on WordPress, hosting and form infrastructure and may load services supplied by the hosting provider. Those services can have their own terms and technical limits. We do not control third-party websites reached through an external link and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
