Manufacturing capability
Heavy Embroidery
Based on the supplied business materials
Heavy embroidery is an in-house process for denser, more dimensional decoration, and it is assessed against the garment rather than offered as a standard option.
Heavy embroidery can be evaluated as part of a children’s apparel style when the artwork, fabric, placement and construction are confirmed.
Suitable requests
Higher-complexity embroidery and workmanship requests, including dense or multi-layer decoration that is meant to carry the design of the garment.
Required inputs
Artwork, placement and coverage, the base fabric and garment construction, thread and colour references, and the intended weight of the finished decoration.
Material conditions
Density, coverage and weight all interact with the fabric and the construction. A physical sample and a written specification are needed before bulk production, because the behaviour of a dense motif cannot be confirmed from the artwork alone.
Limitations
A capability statement is not an approval for every material, motif or quantity. Feasibility, cost and timing are established per project, and a combination that cannot be executed is raised before the order is confirmed.
Recheck triggers
Recheck when the artwork, coverage, fabric, structure, placement or quantity changes.
