OWNERSHIP AND COST

Your brand materials, your design

Your logo, trademark, original design, technical pack and your own artwork remain yours and are not passed on, resold or reused for another customer. The manufacturer's existing base patterns, process methods, production know-how and supply relationships are not exclusive to one customer. Regular labels, tags and packing are quoted with the garment; special printing, presentation packaging and any component with its own minimum order are quoted separately. Where exclusivity is requested, its scope and duration are agreed in writing.
