PACKAGING
A look at garment packing before dispatch.

Main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, barcode labels and stickers.
Agree polybags or other specified packaging, folding and presentation.
Confirm carton marks, quantity ratios, packing lists and shipping requirements.
Special print treatments, gift boxes and other customised materials are assessed with their own minimums, costs and lead times.

PACKING SPECIFICATION
Packaging affects cost, lead time and export handling, so it stays connected to the garment specification.

Labels, tags, barcode, polybag, carton marks and any special packaging.
Review print files, packing ratios, carton information and material minimums.
Use the approved packing specification for production and shipment preparation.
PACKAGING SCOPE
The stages where the product becomes a packed order.

Polybag, header card or a customer-specified method.
Printed packaging, presentation boxes, brand paper and multi-layer hanging.
How garments are folded, tagged, counted and combined per pack.
Carton mark, quantity breakdown and the information the shipment needs.
CONFIRMATION AND COST
Packing samples and brand materials are confirmed before bulk production rather than adjusted after it. Standard labels, tags and packing are quoted with the garment; special printing, presentation packaging and any component carrying its own minimum order quantity are quoted separately, so the packaging decision is visible in the price instead of arriving later as an extra.
