JYTK APPAREL
Review the quantity, development scope, payment milestones and shipment conditions before confirming an order.

Standard payment starts with a 30% T/T deposit.
The remaining 70% is due before shipment under the standard terms.
Confirm the final price, quantity and shipping basis in the formal quotation.
Credit terms, other payment methods and non-standard arrangements are assessed separately. They are not automatic offers. The customer bears remittance-side bank charges under the standard policy.

New-customer samples are charged according to the agreed scope. Special materials, packaging and deep development are itemised where applicable. Bulk release follows the confirmed specifications and required payment conditions.

QUOTATION CONTROL
The default quotation validity is 30 days. Quantity, colours, fabric, weight, workmanship, packaging, size range, testing, delivery urgency, trade term, raw-material movement or exchange-rate changes can require a new price review.

QUOTATION STAGES
Two stages, so a figure is never read as a commitment it is not.

Where the brief is still incomplete, a range with its assumptions stated. It supports planning and does not lock a price.
Prepared once the specification is clear, and reviewed internally before it is issued.
A formal quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.
A material change in quantity, colour split, fabric, weight, workmanship, packing, size range, testing, delivery timing or trade term.
PAYMENT BASIS
The standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance before shipment, quoted in USD. Documents against acceptance, open account, credit terms and payment after shipment are not standard options: they are considered per customer and require approval, and a long relationship does not by itself create credit terms. Payment-side and intermediary bank charges are borne by the paying party, the receiving bank's normal credit charge is the manufacturer's, and the amount due is settled on the net amount received.

CREDIT
Standard terms apply unless something else has been approved for the account.

A new or ordinary account works on a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment.
Consistent payment history is what a later application is assessed against, not the length of the relationship on its own.
Extended terms are requested and examined for the specific account rather than granted as a tier.
Where wider terms are approved, they apply to that account and that arrangement, and they are confirmed in writing.
