Standard minimum order quantity. Colour and size splits remain subject to material and workmanship minimums.
Standard sampling after complete information and the applicable sample payment. Complex development is assessed separately.
Standard bulk-production reference after Bulk Production Release, rather than the first enquiry date.

The standard MOQ is per style. Reasonable colour and size splits depend on the actual fabric, trim and workmanship minimums.
New-customer first samples are charged. Any credit or refund against the first bulk order follows the agreed terms; international sample courier costs are borne by the customer.
The ordinary 7–10 working-day reference starts after the required information is complete and applicable sample fees are received. Priority and complex projects are assessed separately.
The approved sample and final written specification become the basis for the bulk-production version.
HOW THE MINIMUM WORKS
The standard minimum is counted per style. How far that quantity can be divided across colours and sizes depends on the minimums of the fabric, the dyeing, the trims, the embroidery, the printing, any special process and the packaging — so the split is confirmed against the actual garment rather than assumed from the standard figure.

SAMPLE CHARGES

The first sample is charged, and the international courier cost is borne by the customer. Once the first bulk order is confirmed, that first sample charge can be credited against the order payment in line with the agreed terms.
Subsequent ordinary samples for an existing customer are not charged for sampling, though international courier costs continue to be borne by the customer.
Free sampling is not unlimited development. Deep ODM, a large number of styles, repeated rounds of major revision, special materials or processes, additional testing and development beyond the usual scope are assessed separately.
The sampling reference begins once the required information is confirmed and the applicable sample payment has been received.
REVISIONS
One revision within the agreed scope after the first sample is part of normal development. Changing the main fabric, the construction or the core workmanship is a new piece of work: it is re-costed and re-scheduled before another sample is made, and the change is confirmed in writing rather than absorbed.
