In-house and partner processes

Embroidery in our own production, specialist partners for print and wash

Computer, chenille, 3D, appliqué, sequin, cord and patch embroidery run in our own production, together with heat transfer. Screen-based prints, DTG and garment washing are carried out by long-term qualified partners. Either way, one team stays responsible for quality and delivery.

From artwork to approval

How a decoration gets approved

Send artwork and placement

Vector or high-resolution artwork, the finished size, position on the garment and colour references.

We propose and test

The technique, density or ink is chosen for your fabric and tested on the actual garment, not a swatch alone.

Approve the physical sample

Position, colour, hand feel and wash behaviour are signed off on the sample before bulk production.
