Heat transfer is an in-house process suited to graphic, flexible and clean finishes on children's apparel.
Heat transfer requests are reviewed against the artwork, garment fabric, placement and required finish before sampling.
Suitable requests
Graphic decoration where a flexible finish, fine detail or a multi-colour artwork suits a transferred application better than stitched decoration.
Required inputs
Artwork at production resolution, placement and finished size, the base fabric and its heat tolerance, and the colour reference for the transferred design.
Material conditions
The result depends on the fabric surface and heat tolerance, the detail in the artwork and where it is placed. A physical sample confirms how the transfer behaves on that specific garment before bulk production.
Limitations
Not every artwork or fabric suits transfer application, and this page does not promise a specific durability figure. The suitability of the combination is assessed for the project.
